Septic System Failure

If your home’s septic system is deemed “failed,” our team of engineers and installers can help you start the redesign process. Our team can conduct soil tests, evaluate the property boundaries and setbacks, draft design plans, coordinate with the Regional or County Engineer, obtain state permits, and install the most cost effective, highest quality septic system permitted by law.

Once the septic system is designed and approved by the state or county, we then provide an estimate of installation costs and timeframe for completion. The design plans and permits are generally valid for 6-12 months after receiving state approval and we completely understand and appreciate the time restraints from septic system approval to installation.

How One World Environmental is different from other companies is that our installers and engineers work together every step of the design, permit, and installation phase. You will not have two or three or four different companies trying to coordinate how, when and where your home’s septic system will be installed. On your property you will see our engineers and our installers, using our lasers, cameras, excavators, skidsteers, trucks, and the highest quality materials to install your home’s septic system.

We understand that some homeowners and septic installation companies will attempt to install a new septic system or repair an existing leach fiend without state approval or permits primarily with the goal of saving time and money. However, the homeowner and installer is in violation of state law and risks paying substantial fines, being exposed to significant tort liability, and difficulty to sell the home in the future.
